Elaborated only on the basis of fresh products, all our dishes are homemade.
We therefore rush to the chef's proposal: the Damascus plate, with a gourmet assortment. There are falafel (chickpea dumpling), hummus (chickpea cream), baba ghanoush (eggplant caviar), yulangi (vine leaves), tabbouleh (parsley and tomato), Muhammara (chili paste), Kibbeh (bulgur and meat dumpling) and Sambousek (bric dough stuffed with mean).
We can also go for grilled meats (lamb, beef, chicken), fish and meat dishes or garnished plates.
We can privatize the restaurant for you in the evening and organize a private oriental party for you.
